This Basement Remodel was performed in Deerpark, IL. 

               Our team began by working with the homeowner to determine the overall layout. We were able to help the customer in finalizing the overall Interior Design of the basement. After showing the Homeowners various different material and color samples we were able to lock in the basement remodel design, concept, and overall theme.

                The basement did not have existing plumbing for the walk-in shower or toilet we needed to install. We had to start from scratch! We busted up the concrete and installed all necessary plumbing drains and plumbing ventilation. We installed a sealed incinerator basin so the sewage waste could be extracted up to the sewer main and out to the street.

                  For the carpentry, we framed out a basic floor plan using two-by-fours. We installed a Sliding Barn Door to separate a section of the Basement for storage. We also made sure to section off the furnace, water heater, and sump pump basin in its own utility room.

                  A modern theme was chosen for the finished product. We used higher squared baseboards and trim for the windows, doors, and flooring. The homeowners picked out beautiful vanity, toilet, and shower fixtures. Excellent choice on the tiles for the walk-in shower. The Vinyl Flooring was a great match for the finished look. Lastly, we sprayed the ceiling with Sherman-Williams Dryfall Paint and painted the basement with modern light grays and white trim.
